Green Waste

‘Green Waste’ includes grass clippings, garden trimmings (prunings) and small trees and branches – less than 100mm wide. This can be brought to the site to be sent away for organic composting at local company Envirofert Tuakau.

We can also accept Fibrous Greenwaste ie. big trees, palm trees of any size, bamboo, yucca and flax. They are charged at a higher rate (landfill rates per m3). We send them off to GreenCycle with the machinery to break them down and turned into mulch.

We also offer a greenwaste wheelie bin collection service within Waiuku (Weekly) and Patumahoe (Fortnightly).
