Got pests making themselves at home? 🪤

Rats, mice, possums and other unwanted visitors can be a nuisance around homes, gardens and properties. If you’re thinking about giving backyard trapping a go — or already have traps out and want a bit of advice — come along to the Waiuku Predator Trap Library Monthly Open Day.

You can:

• 🪤 Borrow or return predator traps and equipment
• 🌿 Get advice on choosing the right trap for your property
• 📍 Learn where and how to place traps effectively
• 🔧 Get tips on trap maintenance and use
• 💬 Ask questions and chat with people who can help you get started or stay motivated

You don’t have to be an experienced trapper — come along, find out what’s available and get some practical advice to help you get started. And by tackling pests around our own properties, we can also make a positive difference for our local environment and native wildlife.
