Don’t ditch it just yet! \nBring it along to our Repair Café and our friendly volunteer fixers will take a look and see what they can help you with. \nFrom clothing and textiles to small household items\, toys\, bags\, basic bike repairs and other simple fixes\, our Repair Café is all about giving useful things a little more life — and keeping them out of landfill. \nHow does a Repair Café work?\nIt’s simple! Bring along an item that needs repairing and have a chat with one of our volunteer fixers. They’ll assess the repair with you and\, where possible\, help you fix it on the spot. \nYou’ll get the chance to learn a few repair skills along the way\, meet others in your community\, and discover that sometimes a small fix can make a big difference. \n🔧 Bring it. Fix it. Keep it. \nCome along\, bring your broken bits and pieces\, and let’s see what we can save from the landfill together! \n \nRegister your interest to receive event reminders. \n\n \nWaiuku Zero Waste hold’s monthly Repair Cafes on the last Saturday of every month\, excluding December (and public holidays).
