Drop in and discover how to identify the wildlife and pest species living around your home using a range of simple monitoring tools. \nExplore tracking tunnels\, chew cards\, paw prints\, bite marks\, and trap tunnels\, and learn how these tools can help you understand what is happening in your backyard. We’ll also cover the basics of backyard trapping and how pest control helps protect our precious native wildlife and you’ll get to build your own trap tunnel to take home. \nThis hands-on session is perfect for curious kids\, families\, and anyone interested in nature\, biodiversity\, and conservation. \nDrop in anytime between 10am and 12noon and explore and create at your own pace. \nSchool Holiday Workshop – What’s in Your Backyard?\nWednesday 15 July | 10am–12 noon (Drop-in Session) \nThis session will be run by the Waiuku Predator Trap Library and Predator Free Franklin.
